 "The
road is the most natural environment for the blues - a fertile grîund
for music, adventure and inspiration. It's all about an ancient
story - the story of the trubadour who takes his craft through everchanging
landscapes to places unknown and mysterious. Forget about MP3s,
corporate radio and music television - now more than ever the song
needs to travel with its most powerful and primal messanger - the
musician. Through mountains and deserts, honky tonks and dusty towns
we come to you to bring you good old, three dimensional, authentic,
kick-ass rock'n'roll. Brace yourselves!" - Vasko
"The Patch"
Vasko "The Patch" is bringing his eclectic mix of Mississippi
blues, rock'n'roll and unique humor to a town near you! In March
2003, the fearless blues warrior took the West Coast by a storm
with the unconditional support of his colorful guitar and infinite
ammunition of harmonicas. As we speak, "Rosinant", his
faithful blues bus is devouring the asphalt through Europe and the
United States. He has already raised the roof at places such as
"Jazz Galerie" in Bonn; "Budy Guy's Legends"
in Chicago; Route 66 in Holland, "The Jazzhouse" in Kansas;
"Blues Corner" in Lohr-Bavaria; Bucharest Super Blues
Fest, featuring John Mayall and "The Bluesbreakers; "Night
of the Blues, Sofia" featuring Alvin Lee, City Fest and Honky
Tonk Festival in Germany and many others.
As
Vasko's endless energy continues to conquer more legendary venues
and convert new listeners to his brand of music, he embraces the
road with blues driven exhuberance. Don't miss the opportunity to
catch his amazing act if it comes near you: you will never forget
it!
